He has a Deposit with HSBC Bank in the UK currently running which has
matured. The reason why I have decided to contact you is because of the
40% Tax charge which will be taken from the US$4Million currently running
with Johnny’s Dollars account which is according to British Law.
Now, I have discussed with Mrs. Coxen on this issue to avoid this heavy
Tax and we decided that we would bring in a second party as the Inheritor
of this fund. This will help to avoid the 40% charge as you will have 10%
of the incoming fund. This would save a lot for my client.
