I am Mr. Chris Anderson, Director of Fund Allocation department of Abbey National Bank, U.k London branch. My office monitors and controls the affairs of all banks and financial institutions in London concerned with foreign claim payments. It is my duty to turnover/recommend the transfer of these surplus funds to the British Government Treasury and Reserve Accounts as unclaimed deposits. But I have decided to remit one of the unclaimed funds to you, if only both of us can have a deal/agreement and I am going to do this legally without any legal liabilities to you or me now or in the future. The sum of USD$10.8M only will be transfer into your account after the processing of all relevant legal documents with your name as the bona fide beneficiary, the transfer will be made by Draft or telegraphic transfer (T/T), confirm able in 3 working days or via Diplomatic shipment where a Security Company will deliver the total Fund to you physically. Then I will meet with you, either in your country or any place of your choice, for disbursement of the fund. 2. This deal must be kept secret forever, and all correspondences will be strictly by email / telephone, for security purposes. 3. There should be no third parties in order to maintain maximum confidentiality. If you AGREE with my conditions, I advise you to send the following: A: Your Full name and address.....................
