Sir i will like to infor you that your said consignment box was been released and tagged to be delivered to you by the order from the chief Sectary General of the United Nations and the Government of Ghana at a close door meeting held here in Accra Ghana when President Barrack Obama of the United States visited Ghana las year, and a motion was been raced at the meeting that some foreign beneficiary like you from America and Canada Europe Asia, who has funds belonging to them here in Ghana which has been held down here for one reason or the other should be release to them as soon as possible, and you were very lucky to be one of the foreign beneficiary which his funds has been released now for delivery from Ghana to your country, and I as a diplomat working with the United Nations here in West Africa Ghana I was been assign to deliver your said consignment box to you at your door step in your country, and my flight is been assign to leave from Ghana by 10:45 pm Ghana time next tomorrow. But when I got to the Kotoka International Airport here in Accra Ghana this evening with your said consignment box to sign the consignment for delivery from the Airport to you over there, the customs at the airport here ask me to obtain Ghana Customs Clearance Certificate to clear your box before I can leave the airport with your said consignment box to you over there in your country, and they told me the Customs Clearance will cost $450 USD to get it, and I was make to understand by the Chief Customs officer, that immediately I get the Clearance they will let me get my flight by next tomorrow 10:45 pm which I was supposed to leave to your country without any delay, so I decided to contact you and let you inform of what is going on over here at the airport with your consignment box. So please my good friend I will like you to get back to me with all this details of yours stated bellow to enable me deliver your said consignment box to you direct by tomorrow at your door step as I told you before. I ill like you to contact chief custom Musa Mohamed on his email custommusa@yahoo.com you will have to let him know that you are the rightful owner of the said consignment box which was supposed to be delivered to you by Diplomat Elvis that was held by his authority there at the Kotoka International Airport Accra-Ghana, and that he should let you know how you can make the payment for the custom clearance to the Authority to enable me make the delivery to you immediately over there in the. Please I will wait to hear from you immediately and I will also go to the Airport Customs Authority by tomorrow morning to confirm if they have heard from you to enable me leave the airport 10:45pm Ghana time next tomorrow to you......So please attached is my identity card and a snap photo of your said consignment box which I will be delivering to you and also a x-ray scan copy of the content in your said consignment box all are attached to this e-mail, I wait for your reply immediately you receive this email and you have gone through it carefully, please let me know immediately you write to the Chief Customs Officer Mr. Musa Mohamed.
