Dear friend,
I am MRS. SUHA DAOUD ARAFAT, the wife of late YASSER ARAFAT, the
Palestinian leader who died on November 11, 2004 in Paris, France. Since
his death and even prior to the announcement, I have been thrown into a
state of antagonism, confusion, humiliation, frustration and hopelessness
by the present leadership of the Palestinian Liberation Organization and
the new Prime Minister. I have even been subjected to physical and
psychological torture. As a widow that is so traumatized, I have lost
confidence with everybody in the country at the moment, and for this
reason I and my only daughter had to flee to Tunisia to live.

I have been living in Tunisia ever since my husband died in 2004. It is so
surprising my Tunisia citizenship was revoked, perhaps you wont believe me
but I myself dont really know the reason behind it. But I am so glad for
the Libyas leader Moammar Gadhafi who has came to my aid following the
expulsion from Tunisia by instructing the Libyan Embassy in Malta to
provide me with temporary residence in the Maltese capital until my new
home became available.
So please I am writing you this email with a heart full of pains and
sorrow from my home in Valletta Malta. My expulsion from Tunisia followed
a row over business ventures between me and various Tunisian business
associates worth several millions and billions of dollars. All my assets
and bank accounts were frozen and confiscated. This was a set-up from the
presidency to push me out of business and render me and my only daughter
useless for no reasons after I have invested all my fortune in the
country. I am very grateful to the Libyans president Moammar Gadhafi who
has voluntary provide me a $1.5 million luxury condo in Malta. I thank God
for his help and support at that time.

For the reasons of all I have stated above, I would want you to treat this
email with high level of confidentiality without disclosing the content of
this email to anyone. I want you to realize that all eyes of the
Palestinians officials are on me because of some undisclosable banks
account and funds deposits of my late husband and all were made on my
name. I therefore wish to solicit your strictest confidence and consent to
use you to retrieve all these deposits from the various deposit companies.
I shall front you as my trustee and receivership beneficiary for all the
deposits.
Firstly we shall start with the retrieval of a portfolio deposit valued
$50 million with a deposit investment company in Amsterdam Netherlands;
and followed by retrieval of other deposits valued $800 million in
Luxemburg and France. Successful retrieval of all these deposits would
enable me revive myself and my businesses back alive. If you are willing
to assist for our mutual benefit, I shall give to you 40% of the funds for
your help and this must be in written agreement enforceable in any court
of law should in case of default by either of us.

Please be informed that the retrieval of these deposits would require your
physical presence at the office complex of the deposit company. Haven
known my circumstances and to stay out of trace for security and
confidential reasons; I would plead with you to cover all expenses of your
traveling and that associated with the retrieval processes of the
portfolios during your meeting with the firm. I have authorized and given
you the mandate to reimburse yourself for all your expense from the
portfolio immediately is released to you.

I plead for your acceptance of my offer without minding the atrocities my
husband has committed in the past during his life time. I want you to
consider my offer as a business deal between you and me. In case you don't
accept my offer, please do not let me out to the security and
international media as I am giving you this information in total trust and
confidence. But I will greatly appreciate if you accept my proposal in
good faith, and provide me with your full contact information (name,
address, phone and fax number and your identification) for formal
introduction of you to the investment firm prior before your contact with
them.
