I am Noel Koffi, a practicing Attorney and a human rights activist based in Benin Republic, West Africa. I have a client who is now late by name Peter Kairelis (a Polish National). Before his death I handled some transactions with him totaling the sum of US$12.8Million and the funds are presently under diplomatic coverage in Europe en route to Switzerland. I have tried to locate his family members for the past eight years without success while I have also tried by myself to travel out of Benin Republic to claim the funds but I was not allowed to go out of my house for the past one year and six months by the Government of President Yayi Boni and my traveling passport was also seized because of my strong opposition to his bad government policies and my membership of the human rights community here in Benin, hence I was placed under house arrest.
