My reason of contacting you at this time is that I have the sum of $26.5million under my custody, which wants to discuss with you a possible way of securing an investment with it in your country. Fund origin: This fund was discovered by me and the late Senator Idris Kuta when he was the former Senate Committee Chairman of the external affairs committee in the National House of Assembly on our special assignment to recover looted national funds stolen by the then past government officials. So this fund was discovered as a disguised deposited consignment in the security firm in UK here as deposited by our former Military Head of States “General Sani Abacha”. please note that while on our official duty, we discovered a lot of other looted funds which we brought back with the assistance of some foreign heads of states and handed over to the immediate past president “Chief Olusegun Obasanjo” which suppose to be in the national treasury, but then, nothing was accounted or said by the past president concerning the brought back looted funds to the total generality of the Nigerian citizens. The worst is that up till this moment he has never been indicted not to talk of probing him for all these monies. Senator Idris Kuta then informed me that we should wait to hear and see the intensions of the past president for the recovered funds, before making this fund’s discovery open, but to our utterly surprise and dismay, we found out then that the president used part of the funds to sponsor and pave his way in his campaign exercise that gave him success into his last tenure. As a honorable member of the House, Senator Kuta made frantic efforts to move motions on the matter in the house, but was always sidelined in the minority voice as it was obvious that the president had all the notable and respectable members in his payroll, even our then Senate President. This made Senator Kuta to decide with me to leave this amount in the Security Firm all these period with plan of finding a responsible personality whom we can trust to handle the cash for a possible professional investment as our own gain since no other person apart from two of us have record of this recovered fund. It is unfortunate that since then I have been waiting for Senator Kuta’s action over this fund till he fell sick and eventually died of cancer on 2007. Now I have no other person to wait for since I am the only person left now to make decision over this fund. I want you now to tell me if you can be able to locate a very good business, which this $26.5 million can be invested in. also can I trust you to handle this cash?
