I am originally from Sierra Leone, but living in Ghana as a Refugee..I came to Ghana because of the war that took place in my country some years back and I want to assume you heard about the war that destroy the greater part of my country and took the lives of so many people..The war took the lives of my entire family and I have lived alone these past years as a Refugee in Ghana..The life here has been very horrible for me and I have been struggling to cope with the situation, hence my decision to contact you, with the hope that you might be able to assist me with the following: I need your assistance to help me transfer my INHERITED MONEY to your country for investment. REGADRING THE MONEY, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS: 1) I will let you know the total amount of the money in my next mail. 2) The amount is deposited in a Security and Finance Company here in Ghana by my late father and now I have decided to transfer the funds to your country for investment purpose..I have been able to negotiate with the security company to release the box of money to me and an agreement has been reached between us. 3) There is however a little problem hindering the transfer of the funds and that is the main reason I have decided to contact you..I discovered that The entire bills inside the box were given a SECURITY STAMP by my late father, with an instruction manual enclosed inside the box to explain the procedures of cleaning the STAMPS from the face of the money. 4) The reason for this security stamp as applied by my later father, Chief Harry Kabba was to safeguard the money from being used or stolen by anyone following the war years in my country then, Sierra Leone. Hence the money was being conveyed to another country for safe keeping, it was necessary for the security stamp to be used as the most appropriate security measure as thought by my father. 5) There is only one problem now and the problem is that I don't have the money to buy the Chemical, so I will need you to help me with the money to buy the Chemical to clean the stamps from the dollars, so that I can transfer the money into an account you will provide... 6) I will give you more details on the type of chemical required and advice on the purchase of the CHEMICAL SOLUTION to clean the money and the name of the chemical AGENT in my next mail. 7) I am willing to show the SAMPLE of the Stamped Money just to give you an example of what I am talking about..I will also show the certificate of deposit of the money with the security company and any other prove that you may require.. 6) When the arrangement is concluded and the dollar bills are cleaned, the funds will be transferred through the bank into your account.. In my next mail, I will tell you about the cost of the Chemical and I will also explain how to clean the stamps from the dollars.
