Dear Sir,

I have made solid arrangement to make you receive your inheritance fund in
cash through diplomatic delivery system of payment. The diplomat will
contact you on arrival to your or nearby city, where you need to collect
the consignment (fund) in cash, a system designed to remove bottle neck
that is associated with Direct Wire Transfer.

You are going to meet with the diplomat in person and claim the fund which
has been well parked/sealed into metallic box for delivery to you. I shall
give you details of the shipment as soon as I confirm your readiness to
conclude this transaction. Mind you that we have paid all necessary
expenses needed for shipment of the consignment in your favor, accept
clearing charges which you need paying direct to the diplomat on arrival
to your country or neighboring country as the case may be for security of
the shipment.

You will be requiring meeting the diplomat in person and conclude all
necessary requiring arrangement for delivery of the consignment (Fund) to
you, noting that the diplomat did not know actual contents of the
consignment (Fund) as he was told that the consignment contents Nigerian
Security Minting & Printing Company printing papers that were meant for
production.

I will give you more details of the consignment (Fund) on receipt of your
quick response to this massage. I am very grateful that you have made
adequate arrangement to invest the fund into profitable investment on our
behalf and will appreciate to discuss the investment opportunities with
you in short while, during my visit to your country. Kindly reconfirm your
Full Name, Address, Telephone and copy of your Driving License or
International Passport for identification by the diplomat, as to avoid
wrong delivery of the consignment (Fund).
