IMMEDIATE CONTRACT PAYMENT NOTIFICATION MAV/NNPC/FGN/MIN/009

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are sorry for the little delay for your contract payment. It was due to
the
meeting held in Geneva between the president of Nigeria , IMF and the G8
member over
the non payment of foreign contractors here in Nigeria.
They agreed that contractor should have options on how they will receive
their
contract fund. 1 By wire transfer direct from the Central Bank to the
contractors
bank account 2. By diplomat conveying the fund to the contractors
doorstep. 3 By ATM
card used worldwide.

I wish to inform you that your payment is being processed and will be
released to
you as soon as you respond to this letter. Firstly, I plead on behalf of
my country
and the Central Bank Of Nigeria for not contacting you all this while as
regards
your contract payments which I know by now must have cost you some
inconveniences,
I am promising you on behalf of the Central Bank Of Nigeria that this will
not
repeat itself again . I will advise you to co operate and listen to me as the
Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) will not be held responsible for any lapses or
mis-direction of your fund due to your inability to co-operate with me who is
in-charged as the Executive Governor.

Also note that from my record in my file your outstanding contract payment is
US$30million dollars (Thirty Million United States Dollars). Please
re-confirm to me
if this is online with what you have in your record and also re-confirm to
me the
followings

2) Phone, Fax And Mobile :.......................................
