Message body: Dear Friend ,

Thanks for your sincere response and assurance to handle this transaction
in utmost confidence. I assure you of utmost sincerity and transparency.

All I ask is that you provide me with a good bank account to transfer this
fund ($18,900.000.00) out of our offshore account through the
International Credit Commission in London .

The fund originated from South Africa where the deceased, a Rough Diamond
dealer from your country was operating this huge account. After three
years of non claimant of this account, the International Customer Services
officer shifted the funds to our International Credit Commission await
claims. Now, I have to present you as the beneficiary and I have my
contacts at the management levels of ICC- London who will immediately
approve and transfer the funds to you.

To proceed with the transfer, we have to effect change of ownership of the
account to your name and also certify you through an affidavit as the next
of kin to our late client and the legal beneficiary of the fund. To obtain
these documents requires your Full contact or work address, direct
telephone/fax numbers, an identification of either driver’s license or
international passport.

If you can be able to make a trip to Johannesburg , it will also give us
the opportunity to meet and see each other and also discuss investment
opportunities that avail in your country under this new dispensation. This
transaction might attract the services of a legal practitioner which also
will attract extra cost since you are being presented as the next of kin
and beneficiary of the fund, but be assured it will be taken care of. I
also trust that you will not sit on this fund when it's transferred to
your account.

I await the above information for us to move forward and conclude this
deal within 7 days.

I hope to read from you ASAP.

You may call me on 0027 73 529 4055 for more clarifications

Best Regards,

Frank Cox
