My name is Mr. Maxwell Osei.

I am an accountant by profession working with Standard Chartered Bank, Ghana
I am writing in respect of a foriegn Citizen customer of my bank Mr.
singar who died together with his wife and children in a Plane crash
recently last month ,20th day of August,2008 while they were flying to
connet their flight to Ghana for investment establishment.

I am Mr. singar bank account officer and he informed me that he want to
come over to Ghana and remmit the whole funds to buy a real estate company
at the new discovered crude oil drilling well here in Ghana.
He was coming with his Family to have the priveldge and relax to invest
his funds, he sent his flight schedule to me so that i can come and pick
them up from Katoka airport.
This is our arrangement and he called me from Barajas airport when he was
about to board their flight with the Spanair airliner which i was
expecting their arrival on Monday evening,25th day of august, it was a
shocking news for i to discover that Mr. singar and his wife and two
daughters died in the plane crash which happened some few minutes the
plane took off.

I pray that their soul may rest in perfect peace.

The late Dr. Sing left in our bank the total sum of fifteen million, five
hundred thousand United states dollars (USD$15.500.000.00 ) and nobody
will ever come to claim this money because he died with his entire family
and did not as well, state any next of kin in his account particulars when
opening the account with our bank.

I am the only person that is aware of this money since Mr. singar did not
give to my bank any next of kin when opening the Non Resident account with
my bank.
I am in the position as the account officer to facilitiate the transfer of
the funds to you as the next of kin as Mr. singar did not state any next

I want to use my position in the bank to transfer this money to you as the

as the account officer to the late owner of the funds,I cannot lay any
claims to the funds, i want a foreigner who shall help me to inherit these
funds for my private use/investment establishment.

bank to transfer the funds to your account.

I will give you 43% of this entire fund while the remaining 50% shall be
for me, extra 7% will budgeted for cost of transer which will be dedcuted
from the principal funds.I want you to know that this deal is 100% free

protected by me.

I will resign immediately after the funds are transferred to you to be
enable me come over to your country to meet you for the sharing ratio and

getting the funds transfered to your nominated account in your country for
