Who recently retired back to his native country Ghana, being a member of the organization, after acknowledging the huge damage this has done to the image of West Africa, and Africa at large. The Task Force was given the power and mandate to visit the banks and security companies within the region. Suspected of colluding to withhold the funds or consignments belonging to foreigners. And to recover, seize or confiscate funds or consignments. Then verify and authenticate their rightful owners. After that, deliver the funds or consignments to their rightful owners. There is one consignment metal truck boxes contained Funds worth of $7.2M USD which the owner is dead after my verification and I see no body who questioned that he is the relative or partner to the fellow the late Engineers name is Mr.Roger Bill, an Australia Citizen, He was a contractor/Engineer married to a Sierra Leonean woman in West Africa, that was where he was killed during the Civil War, though I managed to got to the proper address tagged in the name Mr. Bills resident address at sierra Leon, unfortunately the two couples were killed during the Civil War and I saw no body there to inform him or her to come and claim the fund.
